1. Our policy

We respect copyright. If you are a rights holder (or authorized by one) and believe content in Emofield infringes your rights, tell us and we will act promptly.

2. Copyright agent

Copyright agent: [email protected] — send notices to this address.

3. Infringement notice — what we need

• Identification of the infringed copyrighted work (link or precise description).
• Identification of the infringing content inside Emofield, precise enough to locate it.
• Your contact details (name, email, phone).
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
• Your (physical or electronic) signature as an authorized party.

4. What we do

• We review complete notices usually within 72 business hours and remove or disable the allegedly infringing content.
• We notify the party whose content was removed of their right to object.
• Incomplete or abusive notices are disregarded; knowingly false reporters bear legal liability.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter-notice with: identification of the removed content, your good-faith statement of error, your contact details, and consent to jurisdiction. We restore content within 10–14 business days unless the reporter files suit.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated infringements are suspended, then permanently banned.
